These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and EpicWin138 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the EpicWin138 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, and features available atepicwin138.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of EpicWin138 following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

To register and maintain an Account on EpicWin138, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by EpicWin138 due to a breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of EpicWin138, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player under any active self-exclusion order applicable to this Platform;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold onlyone registered Account on EpicWin138. The creation of multiple or duplicate accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout your use of the Platform.

EpicWin138 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Where discrepancies are identified between registration information and KYC documentation, the Platform may place a temporary hold on the Account pending clarification.

EpicWin138 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 50 per transaction (unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion).
• Maximum Deposit: As specified by the selected payment method and applicable transaction limits.
• Processing Time: Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited instantly. E-wallet deposits are generally processed within seconds. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.
• Currency: All balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies or via cryptocurrency are converted at the prevailing rate the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. EpicWin138 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and the Account may be subject to review.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is approved;
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 100 per request;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements;
• Any active Bonus Funds with incomplete wagering requirements must be cleared or forfeited before a withdrawal of Real Money is processed;
• EpicWin138 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or of a high value.

EpicWin138 targets withdrawal processing within 3–10 minutes for fully verified accounts using DuitNow or local bank transfer. Processing times for other methods may vary. EpicWin138 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider after funds have been dispatched.

EpicWin138 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside that promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply to all EpicWin138 promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 15x, or 20x) before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms;
• Maximum Bet Cap: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM 250 unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this cap while bonus is active may be voided;
• Game Contribution: Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and other game categories typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The full contribution table is available upon request from our support team;
• Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire14 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and associated winings are forfeited automatically;
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus;
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as non-cashable or sticky, only winings generated from wagering that bonus may be withdrawn upon completion of requirements — the bonus principal is not withdrawable.

All bets and wagers placed on EpicWin138 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections, stakes, and game parameters before confirming any bet. EpicWin138 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where explicitly provided for under a specific game or market rule.

In relation to sports betting, including markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other events:

• EpicWin138 reserves the right to suspend or void markets in the event of material errors, corrupted data feeds, or force majeure events;
• Palpable errors in odds — defined as an obvious and manifest error where the published odds are significantly divergent from prevailing market rates — will render associated bets void and stakes returned;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency; bets registered after the relevant event has concluded will be voided;
• Mix Parlay bets are settled in accordance with the individual rules of each selection within the parlay; the voiding of one selection within a parlay reduces the parlay accordingly.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final and cannot be contested on the basis of outcome alone.

EpicWin138 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. Players may be required to submit the following documents at any time:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (TNB, Air Selangor, or similar), bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months;

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period — generally14 days from the date of the request — may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and, where required by law, the reporting of the Account to relevant authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EpicWin138 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent Platform security;
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, chargebacks, or false identity documents;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an advantage; any winings arising from such exploitation will be voided;
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any activity that facilitates money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward EpicWin138 staff or other players.

EpicWin138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the Account holder;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or applicable legal obligation;
• Where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other players.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, EpicWin138 reserves the right to withold any remaining Balance. Where an Account is closed at the Player's voluntary request and no breach has been identified, any verified Real Money balance will be returned via the Player's nominated withdrawal method, subject to standard processing requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EpicWin138 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond EpicWin138's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law;
• Any delay in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network operators.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit EpicWin138's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

EpicWin138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Restrict net losses over a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with mandatory break reminders;
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic alerts displaying time spent and net session balance;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of EpicWin138.

EpicWin138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, EpicWin138 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which EpicWin138 is licensed and operated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation via EpicWin138's customer support channels.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
